Interpretation

Breach of Conduct and Legal Consequences

If found guilty of breaching code of conduct, all types of company policies which includes HR Handbook, Infrastructure policies, company's internal and website policies, website terms of use, website copyrights or infringement of any documents signed legally as someone who is currently working or have worked in past 3 years, would directly adhere legal notice. With that, all legal fees of respective legal company, consultancy or consultant, and/or person handling case should be borne by the company which found guilty and/or person who found guilty of all these breach.

All the damages of company's IP, brand, images would be decided by company itself and shall be borne by company or person found guilty of breaching all these policies.

Website Internal and External Linking
